Return Policy
New items can be returned within 14 days of receipt for exchange or store credit. All other items including vintage and seasonal are considered final sale. Please look carefully at photos and descriptions to avoid any disappointment with regards to size or condition.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we are happy to accept the return of any new item in the exact condition in which it was received. Please contact us to receive return address information.
The buyer remains responsible for the costs to return any item. Please package the item in the manner it was sent to you.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

How will my return be processed?
Your return will be processed in the form of a gift card or in store credit. This credit never expires and will be available to use at your discretion. The store credit will be the cost of the item minus any shipping costs.
Shipping Policy
You order is shipped from our location in Calgary Alberta, Canada. We aim to have all packages out our door within 1-3 business days.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Your order will be shipped using courier [Canada Post, UPS, Purolator,etc] however, depending on your distance from us or if border crossing is involved orders will take between 3 and 10 business days to arrive. (Saturday and Sunday are not business days for mail in Canada)
How is shipping calculated?
Shipping rates are as follows:
• In Canada: All orders have a flat rate of $15.00
• In USA: Flat rate of $29.00 Canadian on all orders to USA.
Some exclusions apply (i.e. large/ heavy items)
These items have a notation in their listings. Some oversize items need to ship alone and have an oversize shipping charge due to this factor. If one of these items is included in your order please note, we may be contacting you regarding shipping fees.***
We do not currently ship or deliver large items such as furniture.

We are currently shipping to Canada and the UnitedStates.
What is included in shipping?
Your shipping fee includes the packaging and shipping to your door. Please note if you are not located in Canada, there may be customs, duties and brokerage fees applied to your order via your country's customs border services that are the responsibility of the buyer.
