A rustic French terracotta pitcher dating to the late 19th to early 20th century, circa 1880–1920. Hand-thrown with a simple provincial form, this earthenware vessel was once used in farmhouse kitchens for carrying water, wine, milk, or cream. Its warm clay tones, softly weathered surface, and beautifully aged patina reflect decades of everyday use and lend the piece an authentic old-world character.
With its generous curved handle and understated silhouette, this pitcher makes a striking decorative accent styled on open shelving, kitchen counters, or filled with dried florals. A timeless piece that brings warmth, texture, and the quiet charm of the French countryside into the home.
