Pair of Antique French Literary Books | 1899 & 1924

Pair of Antique French Literary Books | 1899 & 1924

A beautiful pairing of early French literature, featuring La Porte du Mystère by Maurice Magre (1924) and Aglavaine et Sélysette by Maurice Maeterlinck (1899).

With their softly faded cream covers, delicate French typography and wonderfully timeworn pages, these books offer a lovely glimpse into French literary history.

Perfect for displaying on a bedside table, tucked into an antique cupboard or layered amongst other treasured books.

Both retain their original paper covers and show wear consistent with their age, including discolouration, worn edges and small tears.

Sold as a pair. Sourced in France.
