Vintage Classical Apollo Relief Plaque

A striking vintage classical relief plaque depicting Apollo playing the lyre. Cast in a stone-like composition with a beautifully aged grey-green finish, the elongated form and sculptural detailing are inspired by ancient Greek and Roman reliefs. Natural surface wear, small losses and variations throughout add to its timeworn appearance. A wonderful architectural accent displayed on its own or layered amongst antique artwork and collected objects.
